By placing an order on the Raav Edit website, you confirm that your name, address, phone number, and email are accurate and complete. We may cancel an order if details are incomplete, unverifiable, or appear fraudulent.

Pricing

Prices are shown on the website and may change without notice. Any shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

 

Payments

We currently accept prepaid orders only. An order is confirmed only after successful payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order may be cancelled.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, location, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Tracking details will be shared where available.

 

No Returns / No Exchanges

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
This includes change of mind, ordering the wrong format, or dissatisfaction after purchase. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Replacement Only)

Returns are not accepted. However, we support replacement if:

• the book arrives damaged in transit, or

• you receive an incorrect item.

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of:

• the outer packaging,

• the shipping label, and

• the damaged/incorrect item.

If approved, we will ship a replacement (subject to stock availability). If replacement stock is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution at our discretion.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

 

Address Errors & Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, repeated delivery failure, or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping (if possible) will require payment of additional shipping charges.

 

Preorders (if applicable)

For preorder items, any stated ship date is indicative and may change. If an order contains preorder and in-stock items, it may ship together unless stated otherwise.

 

Intellectual Property

All book content, cover designs, and site material are the intellectual property of Raav Edit and/or the respective rights holders, and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raav Edit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the order.

 

Privacy

Customer information is used only to process orders, provide delivery updates, and handle support queries.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India.
